  1. Wow, you're pretty lucky that you can open your files. I have old scripts on Iomega Zip disks. Not even NASA can open those puppies. I have like 100 Zip disks. Imagine all the goodies on them. Like looking at a glass cookie jar, filled with macadamia cookies and I can't even touch the jar:) Hunter
  2. We were right in the path but Irene wasn't quite so bad. We live in the mountains in New Jersey so that might explain it. If she had been stronger, it might have been scarier. I too was a little worried about the tornado warnings to our south. As a matter of fact, kinda concerned with all the tornado warnings in my area lately. Tornados in New Jersey, come on! lol. Glad everyone is okay:) Hunter
  3. Congrats, Marguerite! Very exciting news:) Hunter
  4. Hello everyone, If you ever need images for your books or magazines, burningwell.org is a free, royalty free open source website you may wish to visit. Tons of great images there. Enjoy:) Hunter
  5. Hi Steve, Thank you for the kind words and support. The trailer was a lot of fun to make. I hope you enjoy the book. Read it with the lights off and the sound up! Very much appreciated, sir! Hunter
  6. Hello Marguerite, Thanks for the welcome. Happy I was able to ask a question that helped at the same time. Lol. Take care:) Hunter
  7. Hi everyone, My name is Dwayne Ferguson and I'm notoriously shy on forums. I'm the author of the comic book series Hamster Vice, the children's mystery series Kid Caramel: Private Investigator, and an app developer. My latest iPad eBook is a retelling of the Edgar Allan Poe Classic called Tell Tale Heart HD (starring the voice of Janet Hubert, Aunt Viv from Fresh Prince of Bel Air). You might notice that my forum name is Hunter. Hunter Wolf is my pen name on occasion. Phew, got that out of the way and now I'm light-headed. Anyway, I'm new to using Storyist and I love it. Even have it on the ol' iPad. I tried another application, which shall not be named and, all I can say is, it hurt my head so bad I'm in therapy. Starts with an 's' and ends with an 'r'. Thanks for reading! Hunter
  8. Hi Steve, Thanks so much. It worked like a charm. Have a great weekend! Hunter
  9. Hi guys, New user here. Nice to meet you. So far, the ePub export is stellar. Looks amazing, however some of my information won't show up, no matter what I do. I have a page with the legal info, ISBN, etc, another page with teaser text, and another with the title of the book on a single page. Even after using the '#' and indicating sections so the pages are separate, the refuse to actually appear in my iBook. I tried turning them into chapters, but then it shows up in the iBook as a chapter called 'Legal' (which contains the ISBN info, etc.) , which isn't what I want. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for your time. Hunter
