I thought I'd mention that,

Thoyd Loki

is the 11th Storyist to hit

30 posts

and achieve the exalted rank of

Advanced Member.

Just sayin'.

Honors and privileges associated with all exalted ranks are subject to change without notice.

Your milage may vary.

Milestones galore: Isaac has recently passed the 600 mark, I am herewith making post 800, and Thoth takes the trophy with his approaching 1,600 (double EAOMs to you, Thoth).

And the forums are drawing ever closer to #5,000. Who'd a thunk it, back when we were celebrating the first hundred posts?!

Congrats to all us chatty Storyists!

Yes, congratulations everyone.

It's not too late to post you prediction for when post #5000 will occur. So far only Isaac (May 3) and I (July 4) are on the record. Who will be closest?

-Thoth.

Another day older

Steve Shepard don't you call me

cause I can't go.

I owe my soul

to the Storyist Store...

My, that's more than 4 posts a day...

Actually, it's an average of roughly 2.1 posts a day over the 749 days since I joined the forum. (Gotta love that Wolfram-Alpha.)

But it's actually pretty easy since I check into the forum every time I break from writing. It's a kind of ritual. Also I'm pretty full of myself.

Now you probably should get all your posts collected and published - probably a fascinating story, albeit for insiders only :D

Would someone on the forums like to write the screen play? It would probably be better than most anything I've seen lately. :)

Arrival of v2 should be worth a milestone post, right?!

Major congrats to Steve—and for all you v1 upgraders, don't panic when you start up your brand-new Storyist. It's a wee bit different from the version you know and love, but it works great once you get used to it. :)

Happy explorations,

Marguerite

Congratulations

Steve

for 1,000

wise and informative posts.

True, this is a belated acknowledgment.

I know it's really 1,078 at this point.

I imagine poor Steve, wringing his hands,

alone in the dark,

whispering over and over,

"How is it that no one noticed?"

Hail the Conquering Hero(ine)!!!!

Well.... the "Forum Reading" Heroine anyway..... I've managed to one by one turn all the dark blue post indicators to their more peaceful shade of light blue... aka I've read* the whole forum! w00t.

Also, this is my 100th post! Yay!

Too much bragging? ... or maybe I'm just insane, who reads whole forums after joining 2 years after it starts anyhow! :)

*Read = read, skimmed, & glanced. I read quite a lot especially the Using Storyist etc. & off topic things, skimmed a lot of really old bits like feature requests and all, and glanced at the bugs and old fixes and stuff since if I read it I'd probably get really confused since things have changed so much.

I fear you know too much. This does not bode well.
