Ray Bradbury dies at 91, RIP

Recommended Posts

Ray Bradbury, the prolific (1000 words a day, every day) and influential science-fiction writer (probably best known for "Fahrenheit 451") and futurist (in-ear cell phones, ATMs, big flat screen TVs) died last Tuesday night in Los Angeles. He was 91.

Here is the Chicago Tribune notice.

He is survived by four daughters and over 500 stories.

And he wrote in longhand, on a yellow pad. No Storyist for him. ;)

But 91! We should all live such a life.

RIP, Ray Bradbury, indeed.
