bretwieseler
Hello, I'm wondering if there's a way to keep "paragraph style 1" with "paragraph style 2", so that if a naturally occurring page break happens between the two, the first paragraph will jump to the next page. I hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance.
marguerite
Hi, Bretwieseler: If you click on the style that you want to move as needed, then choose Format, Style, Edit Current Style, you will see an option under Pagination for "Keep with next paragraph." So if you have a level 1 subhead that you want to make sure is not separated from the body text that follows, click on the subhead, then adjust its style to "Keep with next paragraph" using Format > Style > Edit Current Style. Steve
Hi Bret, Storyist for Mac supports widow and orphan control, and works as Marguerite outlines above. Storyist for iOS doesn't support it yet. -Steve
marguerite
Yes, my bad. I didn't notice you were asking about Storyist for iPad. Sorry! M
