redvex
Would be nice if Storyist could export other views other than manuscript, for example outline, corkboard, characters, settings... request for both mac and ios version
marguerite
Hi, Redvex: You can export outline, characters, and settings on the Mac. For the corkboard, I just take a screen shot (Hold down the shift and command keys and hit 3 for the entire screen or 4 for a selection). To export an outline, choose Export from the File menu and Outline from the Export pull-down menu. Click the outline items you'd like to export and follow the prompts. To export character and settings sheets, choose Files (or Text files, depending on your version of Storyist) from the pull-down menu. Make sure the type is set to rtfd (so you get any associated images). Click the items you'd like to export, and follow the prompts. You can also export individual sheets and text files on the iPad (but not outlines, so far as I know). So, for example, when you have the contents of the Characters folder displayed on screen, tap Edit, then one or more characters, choose copy to iTunes or copy to Dropbox and pick a format.
