Global Search and replace

I wanted to change the name of a place throughout my entire document. What's the simple way to go a global search and replace?

Click in the text window, choose Edit > Find (command - f), type the current name in the box, click the check box next to Replace, type the new name, click All. Click Done to close the window.

 

Unless you meant in the iPad version? There you enter the find in one box and replace in the other, but you have to search one at a time. It's a feature request, though.
