The Story Behind Storyist.

If you're here you've probably decided to take a break from your writing. If so you might want to read an interview Steve gave to The Mac Observer (TMO) correspondent John Martellaro, at Apples's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on June 17th, 2009.

Basically it's the story behind how Storyist got started. And as an added bonus there's a picture of Steve looking like my old High School gym teacher. Suitable for framing.

Thanks for that! I was looking for a way to transition from Nabokov to WWII. Just the ticket. ;)

Steve sure looks different there from any other photo: more businessman (gym teacher), not so much developer/writer—whatever I mean by that.

Nice interview. Congrats, Steve! How are things going with the press? Are we going to see a rave review of 2.0 in MacWorld soon?

Best,

Marguerite

That is a photo from the Macworld booth this year. Christina and I had matching vests. It was too cute. I never thought about the gym teacher angle, but now that you mention it...

As for the press, things are going well. Lots of requests for review copies, so I expect we'll see reviews soon.
