Nighcrawler

The Storyist Guide has a picture at very beginning that shows Index cards on the left, with the text in the middle. I do not see this option, nor do I have the three options on the bottom to toggle the view. I only seem to be able to make the text section into Index Cards

When I add a comment and choose the toggle to turn on comments, all I see are little yellow dots throughout the document. How do you view all the comments?
