Apologies if I've missed something obvious. Is there a way to change the background colour? For example, a 'night mode' white-on-black, or just something less glary? If not, could this be considered?

I'd be interested. I am an Index Card user also.

Is there a way of producing a story sheet with less or even minimal content? I'd like to use story sheets for plot points or references, but I don't want to view half a page of content that's already there and permanent, above the notes area. I'm prepared to have a go at editing the ones provided if someone can point me in the right direction... Or maybe someone has done this already and can share the plugins?

Thanks, Marguerite! I'm getting it now.

I'm using Storyist 3.0 and I have been writing in Storyist day by day for quite a while but have never really got into using index card and cork board view. I do like to work from an outline. I can do this fine in outline view. 1. Cork board view and using index cards seems ... less intuitive, to me anyway. I can only see one card, even if the outline view has several main points. 2. Additionally, I can't find a way to add a card. Add a comment, yes, but not add a card. Apologies for asking basic questions but I have read the guide and tried various things and it isn't working for

Got it straight, now I have found the Inspector file settings. Thanks for help.

Hi, I'm a new user so apologies if this question betrays ignorance. Is there a way (or could there be a way) to have the first page start at the top, rather than halfway down? And a preference for paragraphs to allow unindented, spaced paras would be good. I'm a non-fiction writer and the fiction constraints are a bit unhelpful for me. I appreciate I may not be a target user!
