thewitt
I have an annoying issue that may simply be user error.... If I decide to add a Character Sheet while editing, I cannot jump back to the location in the manuscript where I was when I selected the New Character option. What am I missing?I've been creating and deleting temporary bookmarks so that I can get back to where I was when I decided I needed to add a character sheet. There must be an easier way. Steve
Hi thewitt, Can you tell me a little more about how you're creating the character. I'm able to add a character using the Project icon in the toolbar, name the character, and use the back button to return to the location I was editing. -Steve
thewitt
OK, I was able to make this work, but it's still a little hinky. I'm at a specific location in the manuscript, and I decide to add a character. I right mouse click on "Solders" - a group - and add a new character to the group. When I press the Back arrow it puts me back visually at the top of the section I was editing, but not at my insertion point. If I simply press the left or right arrow, the display will jump down to where I was editing. I expected the Back button or the Manuscript option in the history list to take me right to the insertion point. I can make this work though.
