aramis1250
I was reading through the user guide, and it noted that in Outline view, it was possible to rearrange the outline "simply by dragging items to a new location." However, I have found that items in the Outline view cannot be dragged. They can only be edited in-place. I can rearrange items in the left-hand pane, and their arrangement is immediately reflected in the Outline, but the Outline view itself does not permit dragging of elements. If this is a limitation of the NaNoWriMo/Trial version, so be it, but I am kind of doubting that.
Steve
Hi aramis1250, Actually, the outline view does allow dragging. Just drag the icon or (if you're viewing the manuscript) the area to the left of the title. -Steve
aramis1250
I see no icons, and no way to view an outline of anything except the entire Manuscript; when viewing the manuscript if I click in an attempt to drag it always selects the text for editing. It doesn't seem to matter where I click.
