So far I really like Storyist, but how do I get it to look as it does in the pictures, with my document open to the right and the index cards in a column to the left. I can switch between index card view and document view easily, but I want to be able to see both at once, as it is in the pictures (the screencaps from the ap in the ap store and also the first picture in the guide). Turn the iPad so that it's in landscape mode, then tap the outline icon (second from the left in the top bar). When it opens, tap the pushpin icon to pin the outline to the edge of the screen. Then tap the card display icon at the bottom of the outline, next to the gear menu, to set the outline to display as index cards.
