davidlday
I'd like to add groups to a manuscript - folders that have no impact on the manuscript itself, but let me make logical groupings of chapters / sections. A basic use case would be creating folders to help separate chapters into the basic 3-act structure. Hopefully I haven't missed how this happens, but all I can add to a manuscript are chapters and sections. I can accomplish this when working with Section Sheets, but I'd prefer to work only with Plot Points and a Manuscript (Chapters / Sections). marguerite
Hi, David: Try this template. You can adapt the Parts to get the function you want. Steve posted instructions for setting this up in the Using Storyist folder. To set up groups in Plot Points, you just click on Plot, click on the gear menu, and choose Add to Plot > Group. Name the group Act I (or whatever) and drag existing plot points to it or click on it to select it and create new plot points beneath it, again using the Gear menu.
