stephenran
I have a large fire. It opens just fine in OS X. It just won't open in iOS. Storyist just quits. It's a very big file. A smaller file opens fine. Is there a file limit size on iOS? It's only 500KB!
marguerite
Hi, Stephen, I can't solve your problem—I'm sure Steve will be along in a bit to help, or you can send a request to the support address. But 500KB is not a big file. Storyist opened my 35MB file without a squeak, so that's not the problem. Unless you meant 500MB? Good luck! Steve
Hi stephenran, Yes, 500k should be fine. 500MB might be a problem. If it is 500k, lets investigate. As Marguerite suggested, please send an email to the support address with info on what versions and device(s) you're using. -Steve
vikaskundu
Hi Steve, I've been using the Storyist app on my iPad Pro for a while now. It has been working just fine on iOS 10 however today that I have upgraded to iOS 11.3 now whenever I will open the app it simply loads a blank white screen during it's startup and gradually crashes itself in few seconds. Can you please help me et it working again? Thanks in advance.
Steve
Hi Vikaskundu, That's odd. Let me ask you a couple of questions: 1. What version of Storyist are you running? 2. How much free storage space do you have on your device? -Steve
