I thought it was the result of my starting with a prologue, because it only affected the first page, and that sporadically, so I didn't report it. (I wondered if I was losing my marbles!): Pages are now properly centered when you open a file or you switch to full-screen mode. Previously, text views set to Fit to Page mode would occasionally position pages to the left of the view instead of in the center.
