josephe
I'm clicking on the status bar to try and change it to the project progress bar indicator, but I'm not getting a menu when I click. OS X 10.11.3 Retina MBP Mid-2014
Steve
Hi Josephe, You can customize the status bar by either holding down the option key when clicking it or choosing View > Customize Status Bar. -Steve
josephe
The alt+click worked Your customize toolbar screen seems to be different from the system one that's accessed by right clicking on the status bar and choosing "customize toolbar..." This led to a lot of confusion, since alt+click is supposed to be equivalent to a right click, but a right click produces a different context menu with a different toolbar customization screen. Steve
Hi Josephe, Great! You can also edit the toolbar if you want. By the way, alt+click isn't equivalent to a right click on OS X. I believe you're thinking of ctrl+click. -Steve

Maybe that's the general convention under Windows...I can't remember.
