sallysaurus
I feel pretty silly asking, but after selecting "check spelling," how does one move through the document? I'm accustomed to Word's pushy suggestion box with its "find next" buttons et al. Thanks, Sally the Inconsistent Speller

If you chose "check spelling while typing", then misspelled words will simply be marked with a red dashed underline as soon as the cursor is no longer adjacent to (in or next to) the misspelled word. If you selected something like "check spelling now", then a search box should pop up that gives you the list of recommended words and search buttons. I've noticed that you may need to click on the manuscript before the "check now" option works. IF
