misterhyjinx Posted April 17, 2023 Report Posted April 17, 2023 I've just joind this wonderful community having just discovered Storyist. I couldn't be happier to switch from Final Draft. BUT I've had the iPhone version for days now and the version on my macbook pro is not syncing whatsoever. I save and save and save and nothing travels to the cloud and then to my phone and vice versa. The only way I've been about to transfer my projects has been to make a duplicate and airdrop them between devices, which isn't how it's supposed to work. I know there are probably a ton of articles on this so I apologize for adding to the pile. I just love this app so much, I want to love it 100% and that would require this seemingly simple function to...function. Thanks for reading! Quote
william2839 Posted June 18 Report Posted June 18 That sounds frustrating! It’s possible that the syncing issue between Storyist on your MacBook and iPhone is related to iCloud settings. Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID and that iCloud Drive is enabled for Storyist. Also, double-check that both apps are updated to the latest version. If everything looks right and it's still not syncing, reaching out to Storyist support might help—they’re usually pretty responsive. led wall panels Quote
