Blank page

Hi,

 

I'm rather new to Storyist and I'm working in two formats, novel and screenplay.

 

I'm sure i titled this question incorrectly but;

 

I go to project>screenplay and it opens with the sample screenplay. How do i open to a blank page? Or do i just delete the sample screenplay by highlighting it, then hitting the delete key.

 

ALSO, there is a blank space above and below for header and/or footer. If I leave those blank, then I assume nothing goes there. the only thing I want on the screenplay as a header is the page number.
