I'd like to create an outline for my novel manuscript and I'm looking or the "View as Outline" button in the navigation bar (as instructed in the manual). I don't see it anywhere. Thanks. Steve E Posted September 23, 2012 Report Share Posted September 23, 2012 Hi Aurora and welcome to the Forums. Admittedly, they are hard to find. If you look at the line that says "Project" all the way on the left, you'll see three tiny squares all the way on the right. The middle square is the "View As Outline" button. Alternately, if you go to the View pull-down menu, the second command is the View As Outline function. Or you could use the "Cmd 2" shortcut. Yes, there really should be more pictures in the manual.
